When is Sherwood’s likely to re-open?
The safety of our customers, team and communities are our biggest priority. We are monitoring the situation very closely and will re-open when we receive clear guidance from the government on a safe return to business. All updates will be shared on this page, and via our social media channels.
Can I book my vehicle in for a service, MOT or repair?
We have taken the decision to close our vehicle workshops, as our top priority is the safety of our customers and teams. We have some measures in place to support keyworkers as it is essential we keep them mobile in these challenging times. If you want to book your vehicle in for the future, you can visit the service booking section on our website at https://www.sherwoodsmotorgroup.co.uk/service/

If you have an order placed with Sherwoods and have not yet taken delivery of your vehicle.
We tried our best to deliver as many vehicles as possible before our temporary closure, but due to manufacturer limitations and delivery interruptions, we appreciate that not all vehicles were able to be handed over to their new owners. If you are one of the small number of customers affected, we are very sorry, and we will be in touch to arrange delivery of your vehicle when we are able to re-open safely. Any customers with a vehicle on order that was scheduled for delivery in March, we will also contact you when we have any further information.

Will my warranty be affected if my service is slightly late due to not being able to get it serviced?
As long as you are able to get your vehicle booked in as soon as we re-open your warranty won’t be affected.
My MOT expires whilst the garage is closed can I drive my vehicle?
Vehicle owners will be granted a six-month exemption from MOT testing, the Government has confirmed.
