PEUGEOT celebrates 30 years of the PARTNER and 10 years of the TRAVELLER

Three decades of versatility, innovation and reliability have made the PEUGEOT PARTNER a trusted name for professionals, while the TRAVELLER continues to set the standard for comfortable and flexible passenger transport.

PEUGEOT is celebrating two significant milestones in its commercial vehicle line-up, with the PARTNER marking 30 years on the road and the TRAVELLER celebrating its 10th anniversary.

Both models have become established names in their respective segments, helping businesses, professionals and families get the job done with a combination of practicality, efficiency, comfort and reliability.

30 years of the PEUGEOT PARTNER

Since its launch in 1996, the PEUGEOT PARTNER has evolved through three generations to become one of the best-known compact vans on the market.

The original PARTNER brought a fresh approach to the compact van segment, combining a robust design with generous load capacity and a comfortable driving experience. It quickly established a reputation as a dependable business partner, valued for its versatility and durability.

The second-generation PARTNER arrived in 2008, bringing increased dimensions and even greater load volume and payload. It also introduced improvements in comfort, technology, driving dynamics and efficiency.

The current, third-generation PARTNER was introduced in 2018 and received a substantial update in 2023. Built on PEUGEOT’s EMP2 platform, it brought the brand’s distinctive PEUGEOT i-Cockpit® into the van range, providing drivers with a modern and intuitive driving environment.

The latest PARTNER is available in standard and long wheelbase versions, with the long wheelbase also available as a crew van. Importantly, the range now offers customers the choice of electric or diesel power, with the fully electric E-PARTNER providing an option for businesses looking to make the move towards electric driving.

Across its three generations, including the Rifter, more than 2.6 million PARTNER and Rifter vehicles have been sold, highlighting the model's enduring popularity.

And the PARTNER story is still evolving, with a mild hybrid version scheduled to join the range from 2027.

Celebrating 10 years of the PEUGEOT TRAVELLER

The PEUGEOT TRAVELLER joined the market in 2016, bringing together the practicality of a people carrier with the comfort and versatility expected from a modern passenger vehicle.

Developed on the EMP2 platform, the TRAVELLER quickly established itself as a popular choice for passenger transport, offering a combination of comfort, flexibility and reliability.

The TRAVELLER is available with a choice of fully electric E-TRAVELLER or diesel power, while customers can choose from two body lengths and a variety of configurations.

With seating for up to nine passengers plus luggage, the TRAVELLER is equally suited to professional passenger transport, airport transfers, shuttle services and larger families looking for space and flexibility.

From everyday journeys to VIP events

The TRAVELLER's combination of comfort, space and sophisticated design has also made it a popular choice for VIP transportation.

PEUGEOT uses the TRAVELLER as a VIP shuttle at a number of high-profile events where the brand is a partner, including some of the biggest names in the worlds of cinema and motorsport.

The model has provided transport at events including the BAFTA Film Awards, Cannes Film Festival, César Awards, Alpe d’Huez International Comedy Film Festival and Venice Film Festival, as well as the FIA World Endurance Championship (WEC).
