ABARTH REDUCES PRICE OF 600E SCORPIONISSIMA TO AVOID "EXPENSIVE CAR SUPPLEMENT"

• This new price keeps the vehicle below the £40,000 threshold, avoiding the upcoming "Expensive Car Supplement" and saving up to £1,640 over five years.

Abarth is excited to announce a price reduction for the 600e Scorpionissima limited edition, the brand's most powerful model to date, in response to the introduction of the "Expensive Car Supplement" set to take effect on April 1, 2025. This price adjustment ensures the 600e Scorpionissima remains an attractive performance option while allowing future owners to avoid the additional cost of the supplement.

The "Expensive Car Supplement" will apply to electric vehicles priced over £40,000, adding £410 annually from the second year of ownership, totaling up to £1,640 over five years. To sidestep this, Abarth has reduced the price of the 600e Scorpionissima by £2,100, from £41,975 to £39,875 for UK customers.

True to its performance heritage, the 600e Scorpionissima delivers an impressive 280 HP powertrain, the highest output ever seen in an Abarth vehicle, with 0 to 62 mph acceleration in just 5.85 seconds. The standard 240 HP Abarth 600e offers a 0-62 mph time of 6.24 seconds. Both variants feature 345 Nm of torque, a top speed of 124 mph, and a battery range of up to 207 miles (WLTP combined cycle, depending on tyres).

The standard Abarth 600e will continue to be available from £36,975, well below the £40,000 threshold. The Abarth 600e is expected to arrive in the UK in March.
