The C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid combines a 150hp turbocharged petrol engine with a 125hp electric motor driving the front wheels. The system can operate in Electric, Hybrid, or combined mode, offering peak power of 195hp.

The 21kWh battery, nearly double the capacity of the previous generation, enables up to 53 miles of all-electric driving. A 7.4kW AC onboard charger allows a full recharge in just 2 hours and 55 minutes, making city and low-emission zone driving simple and convenient.

The plug-in hybrid is available exclusively in MAX trim, featuring:

Citroën has officially opened UK orders for the new-generation C5 Aircross Plug-In Hybrid, offering drivers an all-electric range of up to 53 miles (WLTP combined). Prices for the new plug-in hybrid model start from £38,855 OTR MRRP. The new powertrain joins the already available hybrid and electric options, providing customers with a choice of three electrified drivetrains.

A Bold New Chapter in Design and Comfort

The New C5 Aircross represents Citroën’s boldest move yet in the mid-sized SUV segment, combining striking styling with practicality, comfort, and value. Its more assertive and aerodynamic design enhances road presence, with a new three-point LED light signature, redesigned grille, and streamlined bumper elements that optimise airflow.

With a 2.78m wheelbase, the C5 Aircross delivers a spacious interior, particularly in the second row, where passengers benefit from improved leg and headroom. Boot capacity ranges from 651 litres (565 dm³ VDA) with seats up to 1,985 litres (1,668 dm³ VDA) when the rear bench is folded. Practical touches such as a wide-opening boot, split-folding rear seats, and a flat load area make everyday loading effortless.

Advanced Comfort Inside and Out

Citroën’s Advanced Comfort® programme ensures a smooth, refined ride with progressive hydraulic cushions in the suspension and cushioned seats. The cabin is designed for calm and relaxation, with soft-touch materials, high-quality trim, and sofa-like seat contours. Optional ventilation and massage functions enhance passenger comfort.

At the heart of the interior is a 13-inch vertical ‘waterfall’ HD touchscreen, featuring both customisable and fixed sections for navigation, infotainment, and vehicle controls. A 10-inch fully digital driver display and extended head-up display project essential information directly into the driver’s line of sight.

Alongside the plug-in hybrid, Citroën customers can also order the hybrid and fully electric ë-C5 Aircross, with prices starting from £30,495 OTR MRRP for the hybrid and £32,565 for the electric model, including the Electric Car Grant.
